Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end closing processes for small to mid-sized business acquisitions
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and legal teams
- Create and manage DocuSign signing workflows
- Organize due diligence materials and maintain data rooms
- Maintain and track detailed closing checklists
- Support deal operations and process improvements using tools like Airtable and Slack
