We're seeking a high-performing, strategic Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth within our Home Theater division through our partnership with Amazon. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales leader with a strong track record in the consumer electronics industry. In this role, the Senior Sales Manager will oversee and expand our relationship with Amazon, one of the largest national retailers in the category. This position plays a key role in driving market share through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and hands-on sales execution, while strengthening TCL's presence as a leading brand in home entertainment.
Duties may include but are not limited to :
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop, justify, and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategic sales plans and annual business plans to meet and exceed company goals.
- Forecasting & Analysis : Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed 90- and 120-day rolling sales plan and conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights to upper management and business planning teams.
- Market Share Growth : Successfully negotiate and achieve critical assortment goals with Amazon to grow share of business.
- Retailer Partnership : Act as the primary liaison with Amazon, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and representing TCL as a world-class consumer electronics partner.
- Budget & Resource Optimization : Maximize the impact of TCL's marketing, advertising, event, and training budgets (where applicable) while ensuring optimal return on investment. Manage retailer-specific expenses efficiently in collaboration with the TCL accounting department.
- Program & Contract Management : Negotiate and finalize annual vendor program agreements with Amazon to secure favorable terms and drive mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with the Director of Sales, business planning team (including leading weekly / bi-weekly CPFR calls), marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualification / Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of sales experience at key regional and / or national accounts25-30% travel to accounts, trade shows, trainings, summits and corporate meetingsLocation (100% remote office)- Preferred to be local to an assigned accountProficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook and OfficeBachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management skills. High energy, passionate and articulate.Analytical, problem solver, collaborative, strategic, results-orientedProven track record of efficiently maintaining and growing customer relationshipsAbility to interact at all levels within customer's organization to increase shelf-share and drive increased business.Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions :
This is a hybrid position, preferably based in Minnesota, Washington, or Southern California, with occasional travel to major retailers of responsibility as needed.HQ Location - Irvine, CABenefits :
