This is a floater position where you would assist our various clinics as needed, with the focus area being North Richland Hills. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Greet families warmly and professionally. Maintain organized patient records. Handle office tasks and order supplies. Assist therapists and support staff. Explain pre-appointment information to clients. Verify insurance and communicate with providers. Process payments. 1-3 years of front office experience. Bilingual is highly preferred (Spanish / English). Experience with insurance verification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus). Compassion for children and families.

PRN Clinic Administrator - Join Our Team!
Synaptic Pediatric Therapies seeks a friendly and organized Clinic Administrator to assist our various clinics, mainly our North Richland Hills Clinic. If you're passionate about helping children and enjoy a supportive team, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a PRN (as-needed) Front Desk Administrator working at our various clinic locations. The primary need is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m. in the North Richland Hills Clinic. Additional work is available on other days based on your availability and the company's needs.
