Responsibilities

• Join an amazing restaurant leadership team where your voice matters
• Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming and supportive environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
• Identify and develop talent within your team by supporting and recognizing high performers for promotions
• Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
• Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness
• Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and / or holidays
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
• Hold a valid driver's license, as occasional driving may be necessary
• Be at least 18 years old and ready to lead and grow in your career
