What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the company especially in context of Retail, Warehousing, and Distribution
- Owning system integrations, issue resolution, and ongoing functionality improvements
- Working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, merchandising, and finance etc
- Acting as the go-to problem solver when processes get stuck or systems need alignment
- Partnering with leadership to stabilize, enhance, and scale systems as the company grows
- Most importantly, PEOPLE! This person must have a fire in their belly for people. Someone who enjoys training, developing, and leading through growth pains. Proven experience with Change Management.
