Hourly pay : $23 / hr
Worksite : Leading digital streaming network (Nashville, TN 37201 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Wednesdays (Subject to change as per business needs))
W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program,
40 hours / week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension

A leading digital streaming network seeks a multi-tasking and organized Credit and Collections Analyst who can adapt to transformation and evolving changes. The successful candidate will be working in a complex environment with executive leadership, evaluating and analyzing financial information to assess the creditworthiness of individuals or companies.

Credit and Collections Analyst Responsibilities :

Contribute to maintaining a balanced and healthy credit portfolio, supporting the organization’s financial goals and media-related ventures.

Partner with Data Governance, providing direction on Customer Setups.

Prepare payment trend reports.

Monitor deals in the sales system by lifting and replacing holds.

Serve as backup to the senior credit manager & Senior Analyst as needed.

Assist the collection team on collection issues daily.

Maintain the SharePoint website.

Set up credit files and send applications to an outside payment vetting service.

Provide guidance / training on credit processes to ensure alignment with Global Credit Policy.

Credit and Collections Analyst Qualifications :

1-2 years of credit or related experience.

Bachelor's degree in finance or business.

Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related preferred.

Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle E1 is a plus.

Experience in the media industry is a plus.

Experience in a multi-location company.

Experience in credit risk management is a plus.

Ability to think outside of the box, act quickly, and be a self-starter.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related field is preferred.

Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred

Experience in Credit Risk Management is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems, SAP & Oracle E1 is a plus.

Experience in Media Industry is a plus.

Experience in Credit Risk Management is a plus.

Shift :

8 am to 5 pm.

Flexibility to start earlier or later based on traffic patterns, while still completing a standard 8-hour workday.
