Your day to day as a Maintenance Worker
As a Full-Time Maintenance Worker at Copeland Oaks, your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing general repairs and maintenance work across our facilities. You will conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure that equipment and systems operate efficiently. Daily tasks may involve plumbing and electrical work, painting, and carpentry, along with responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. You will also participate in preventative maintenance schedules to enhance the longevity of our facilities. Collaboration with other team members is essential, as you will work alongside housekeeping and grounds staff to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
