• Variable 12-hour shifts : 6 am - 6 pm and 6 pm - 6 am, 7 days per week
• Double coverage shifts Monday - Friday 10 am - 10 pm, weekends 11 am - 10 pm
• 140 patient encounters average per shift
• Advanced practice clinician support 7 : 30 am - 12 am with overlapping shifts
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
