Creative Program Directors are accountable for end-to-end program success, owning revenue, profitability, and the achievement of brand outcomes across their portfolio of projects and clients. At Dogjaw they are our team leaders, and function as a “mini-CEO” of client initiatives— owning the project vision, resourcing, execution, and performance, much like a product manager would for a product.

Revenue OwnershipOwn and meet revenue targets for assigned clients, programs, or portfolios.Actively manage profitability for engagements via process, budgets, resource planning.Pursue opportunities for growth by spotting unmet needs and scaling successful initiatives.Collaborate with company leadership in forecasting and pipeline planning.Develop program roadmaps that define / align client initiatives with brand priorities and targets.Translate client business goals into measurable brand and marketing KPIs.Champion the “north star” vision of programs to ensure unity across disciplines.Own the client relationship beyond delivery : build trust, credibility, and a sense of partnership.Team & Process LeadershipCast and lead multidisciplinary teams across creative, production, and strategy functions.Build and manage timelines, budgets, and plans utilizing our proprietary process.Develop collaborative environments where specialized craft leads can excel.Act as the trusted advisor for clients and your team, turning feedback into actionable direction.Mediate stakeholders and teams to align budget realities, creative ambitions, and brand goals.Lead retrospectives, ensuring financial, creative, strategic learnings are captured and shared.Output & PerformanceOperationalize the tracking, reporting, and optimization of brand performance against targets.Represent our POV, ensuring decisions are guided by strategy (not just execution requests) and creative excellence.Develop and facilitate process techniques that enable teams to move quickly and effectively.Coach junior talent in program, team, creative and commercial management.5+ years leading complex, multi-disciplinary client programs in creative, tech, agency, or editorial environments.Track record of successfully scoping and delivering multi-million dollar projects or programs, including budget, timeline, team design and project profitability.Expertise in customer discovery and facilitation — addressing questions, designing and running solutions, incorporating feedback and improving output.Best-in-class communication skills and fluency in project management (Roadmapping, Agile, Scrum, DACI, etc.).Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build trust, and influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, ongoing learning, and cross-functional leadership.How to apply
