This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for professionals who are self-sufficient, follow instructions well, and have a strong background in installing water source units, split systems, and package units. If you're reliable, fluent in English, and ready to hit the ground running with the right tools and transportation-this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete HVAC system change outs and installations
• Replace water source units, split system units, and package units
• Follow installation instructions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with the office and supervisors throughout the day
• Provide high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Use own truck or van to transport crew and tools to job sites
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company standards
