What this job involves :

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for an on-site role to support the delivery of comprehensive facility management services. This position involves assisting the Facilities Manager in operating and maintaining assigned properties, including customer / client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management while developing strong client relationships to support corporate real estate goals and objectives.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Directly support the Facilities Manager in executing portfolio management needs and service delivery operations
• Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction while supporting employee experience initiatives
• Manage site-level relationships with key client representatives and stakeholders to discuss service delivery and forward planning
• Assist with critical after-hour issues and participate as a key team member in emergency response situations
• Manage various facilities projects and provide input into business cases for facilities and operating budget recommendations
• Operate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and conduct daily / weekly / monthly office inspections
• Prepare, submit, and manage facility budgets while tracking variances and ensuring accurate forecasting processes
• Hold service providers accountable to contract terms and ensure compliance with deliverables
• Report on critical performance measurements and achieve targets on metrics and internal audits
