Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with managers to assess recruitment needs and develop plans

Sources and screens licensed Hygienists using various tools and social media

Manages the entire candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare

Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel

Ideal candidate should reside in central or eastern standard time

Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events
