Position Description

Performs professional counseling and training to the area businesses in a 13-county area of the Texas Panhandle. Assist existing businesses with expansion into other regional and international markets.

Major / Essential Functions

• Assess client needs.
• Provide counseling that includes financial, regulatory, and operational guidance and technical assistance on the various aspects of starting and expanding a successful small business including, but not limited to :

analyzing the specific business and industry data in finance, marketing, management, and operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field plus two years experience in business, management, marketing or a related field. Additional related experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
