Description Spring Gardens Senior Living is hiring an experienced, compassionate, and conscientious RN for our Mapleton,UT community. The Registered Nurse works as part of the Health and Wellness Team under the direction of our Executive Director. This position is PART TIME and the schedule is flexible. Responsibilities Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services. Assist with the admission process by providing timely assessments to determine Assisted Living eligibility. Coordinate with the Health & Wellness team to determine care needs of individual residents through routine and change of condition assessments. Provide training and delegation to Med Techs. Assure resident medication assistance meets regulatory requirements. Participate in Clinical Team meetings and Care Conferences with residents, families and Outside Agency partners. Follow up on all resident incidents- reviewing documentation and giving instructions to staff and residents while addressing any preventative measures or changes to Care Plan. Follow current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State, and local requirements Benefits Competitive salary, training, and growth opportunities within Avista Employee Assistance Program Generous Employee & Resident Referral Bonus Program Qualifications Qualifications Positive team player attitude and love working with people Valid Utah RN license Previous experience in Senior Living preferred Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel, Word, and PCC A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively Background clearance through the State of Utah DACS system Valid RN license
