Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will generate and evaluate lab-scale samples, supporting customer technical programs and manufacturing processes. Your role will involve product research, troubleshooting equipment, and performing stoichiometric calculations to ensure the quality of products.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples testing for customer technical programs.
  • Conduct product research and provide manufacturing support.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment for production and routine processing.
  • Maintain logs, notebooks, and computer documents.
  • Perform internet and other searches for problem-solving.
  • Conduct stoichiometric calculations for production.
  • Understand and follow EHS SOPs and Responsible Care guidelines.
  • Manage multiple tasks and work with various technical supervisors.
  • Interface with manufacturing and research personnel and customers as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge in biology and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr.
