Are you a dedicated rehab professional with a passion for leadership? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment? Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of Arlington is seeking an enthusiastic Director of Rehab (DOR) to join our leadership team and take our therapy department to the next level!

As the DOR, you’ll have the unique opportunity to oversee our rehab programs (PT, OT, and ST) in a collaborative long-term care setting where your work directly impacts the quality of life for our residents.

What You'll Do :

Oversee all therapy services—Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy

Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists

Drive clinical outcomes and develop personalized care plans for our residents

Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical best practices

Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to enhance resident care

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed PT, OT, or ST in the state of Texas

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in LTC / SNF strongly preferred

Passionate about improving quality of life for seniors

Skilled communicator and natural team leader
