Foreclosure Specialist

A company is looking for a Milestone Foreclosure Specialist-2.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the foreclosure process for assigned mortgage loans, ensuring timely completion according to investor guidelines

Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve issues and minimize delays in the foreclosure process

Provide status updates and documentation to investors and generate necessary reports related to foreclosure activities

Required Qualifications

A combined 3 years of higher education and / or work experience, including at least 1 year in a Default Servicing related field

Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation is preferred

Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit

Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
