Description

The Senior Producer is instrumental in the planning and development of new AI tools and features, aligning them with the broader AI Tools roadmap and vision for Marcom and Apple, to improve the customer experience. This role manages cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee creative teams and collaborate with partners from across Marcom and Apple to improve the customer experience and evolve the program strategy.

Manage multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across various work streams, ensuring high-quality digital solutions in a continuously evolving, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Ensure projects are produced on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Map iterative delivery methodologies to ensure project deliveries remain relevant in the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in digital project management, with at least five years experience guiding both creative and engineering teams to launch complex projects.

Experience in the marketing and creation of digital products with experience working in native app and tools development.

Experience delivering projects for key, high-profile launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives.

Direct experience leading teams that deliver customer-facing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to identify critical path and dependencies to drive projects forward and ensure quality execution and implementation.

History of successfully delivering results against tight deadlines and is comfortable defining new processes to support evolving work streams.

Track record of fostering collaboration across all levels and disciplines on an ongoing basis to support the success of the project.

Experienced in independently facilitating presentations to senior stakeholders.

Ability to distill and articulate business strategy to project teams and advocate for the best solutions.

Demonstrated experience successfully managing interdisciplinary projects across multiple teams ranging from 15 to 40+ people.

Ability to adapt approach to ensure delivery in a changing customer, business, or technology landscape.

Deep understanding of system design and user experience principles.

Experience with AI prototypes or tooling.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
