Responsibilities

Deliver a strong customer service experience to internal and external customers throughout the audit process
Engage with dealers in both outbound and inbound communication efforts
Review physical results of asset verification audits
Close audits as applicable to audit policy
Review individual physical auditor performance in the completion of audits and adherence to the Audit Policy
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

2 Year / Associate Degree - Business, Finance, or Accounting Preferred

1 year related experience

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Working knowledge in various inventory finance software programs is preferred

Experience using a CRM software (preferably Salesforce)

Experience in Risk & Loss mitigation is preferred

Prior work experience in the Auto Financial Service industry is preferred
