The Main OR cares for a diverse range of patients across multiple surgical specialties, including : orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma. The facility operates two DaVinci robots for multi-specialty use and has an advanced transplant program for liver, kidney, and heart surgeries. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled in both scrub and circulate roles. Responsibilities : Provide perioperative nursing care for a variety of surgical specialties in a Level 1 trauma setting. Scrub and circulate for complex cases, including transplant, orthopedic, reconstructive, and neuro procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and patient safety standards.
