Responsibilities

• Design digital and blended learning experiences that reflect IHOP\'s brand voice and support operational excellence.
• Apply UX principles, design thinking, adult learning theory, and game-based learning to create intuitive, engaging content.
• Develop multimedia learning assets including eLearning modules, interactive guides and manuals, checklists, job aids, and videos.
• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of IHOP\'s brand, operational standards, and team member roles to inform experience design.
• Support the evolution of IHOP Academy by contributing to platform layout, navigation, and learner flow.
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for learning modules, platform interfaces, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Assist in analyzing learner feedback and usage data to inform design improvements.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate based on learner insights and performance metrics.
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies and UX trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of IHOP Academy\'s effectiveness and engagement.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools like Smartsheet.
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and learner advocacy.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to support IHOP Academy and the L&D team.
• Target Salary $75k-$90k depending on experience
