We are currently seeking a  skilled CNC Setup / Operator with leadership capabilities  to take on a hybrid role that combines hands-on machining with team leadership on 2nd shift. The company is hiring immediately!

Job Summary :

This is a dual-role opportunity for an experienced CNC operator who is ready to step into a lead position. You will be responsible for  setups, troubleshooting, and machine operation , while also  leading a crew of 4–5 machinists . This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, machining environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

CNC Setup / Operator Lead Key Responsibilities :

Machining

• Operate and set up  Horizontal Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills
• Perform  offsets, changeovers , and maintain  tight tolerances
• Read and interpret  blueprints and CMM data
• Collaborate with Quality Inspectors to make real-time adjustments
• Use quality tools to ensure part accuracy and consistency
