Temporary Office Assistant

Pridestaff is currently seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for a steel manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a temporary project that will last 2-4 weeks. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Pay Rate : $18-20

Shift : Monday Friday, 7am to 4pm

Job Duties :

  • Scanning documents and uploading into computer system
  • Updating various reports on Excel (Pivot tables, V lookup)
  • Updating various training and employee files
  • Purging old files
  • Filing
  • Other general office duties as assigned by the HR department
  • Bilingual (preferred)

  • Job Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of related office experience.
  • Must have experience with scanning and uploading documents.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed to retrieve banker boxes.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check prior to start.
