Our business is growing! ITC Service Group has immediate openings for Fiber Optic Splicing Technician in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will work primarily outside customer homes with ladders and hand tools to bring fiber to the home for new Broadband integrated digital TV, high-speed Internet, and voice services.

Fiber Optic Splicing Technician

$700 - $1400 weekly earnings potential

Candidate Profile : This position requires the ability to perform strenuous physical work; when running a fiber drop from the street to the customer's home, you will be required to work with a shovel, sledgehammer, etc., to trench the ground for the fiber to be buried in (short runs). For longer runs, you will be required to run a trencher (a heavy machine that requires demonstrated strength to load / unload, maneuver, etc.). We prefer candidates that have experience with construction (underground, digging, heavy lifting), as they would be conditioned for this type of work. Job Description

AFL is looking for motivated individuals to join our fiber splicing team! Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred but not required. We will fully train you to learn how to splice fiber optics and earn a great income. This includes underground and aerial splicing, as well as running fiber drops for our client. We service both residential and commercial customers.

Job Requirements

• Must be okay with working in all types of weather
• Must be able to carry and handle 28ft
• Must be motivated and take pride in your work
• Must be able to take direction from team lead
• Multiple schedule options available
