IT Business Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with business users to collect, analyze, and document business requirements

Work with the field service management team to develop and implement new processes and systems

Conduct training sessions for end users and prepare test plans and scripts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of experience with enterprise-scale applications (JD Edwards preferred)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or MIS

Experience configuring and customizing business applications

Hands-on experience in SQL

Experience with B2B / EDI processes and familiarity with CRM, iPaaS, and SaaS platforms (preferred)
