Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000+

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, affidavits, subpoenas, pretrial orders, and motions.
• Manage discovery, including reviewing and analyzing records relevant to family law matters.
• Conduct legal research to support motions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare and analyze financial disclosures and statements.
• Maintain well-organized, accessible, and up-to-date case files.
• Track, calculate, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely filings.
• Meet with clients to gather case information, address procedural questions, and provide exceptional service.
• Effectively utilize legal technology, research tools, and case management systems.
