job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJoin one of Austin's Top General Contractors in Commercial Construction Ideal candidates will have experience with K-12 Education, Higher Education, Municipal, or Healthcare projects Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects Develop and manage project schedules Manage subcontractor performance relationships Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management Implement and execute Quality Control / Quality Assurance program Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
This range is provided by Scott Humphrey Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$120,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr
