A company is looking for a Customer Service Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Train and support the CSR team as a subject matter expert in all product and transaction types

Handle escalated calls and provide outstanding customer service during high call volume periods

Create and maintain procedures, manage department metrics, and represent the department on various projects

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent experience required

Proven ability to train others and handle customer escalation calls

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work 11 : 30am to 8 : 00pm EST

Experience as a knowledge / technical resource for CSRs
