A company is looking for a Technical Operations Analyst who will ensure the smooth operation and reliability of IT services and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Use monitoring tools to manage the health of IT services and infrastructure, identifying potential issues before service disruption occurs
Perform capacity management by analyzing trends to help forecast future needs and plan approved changes with minimal disruption
Drive the resolution of underlying IT issues to reduce repeat occurrences and produce Knowledgebase articles for common issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in a large-scale Enterprise environment supporting IT services in highly regulated industries
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Proven experience with Windows Server and desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and email technologies
Knowledge of virtualization platforms, patching tools, and enterprise storage management
Ability to diagnose common issues across applications and experience with monitoring tools and scripting for automation
