MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Combat Systems Engineer to join our team working in Dahlgren, VA. This is a hybrid, part-time position requiring 2 days a week onsite, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Government AEGIS Land Based Test Sites Manager in developing and implementing long range strategic goals to streamline the combat systems test and certification process
• Support the implementation of a distributive test environment and seamless data transfer between testing sites
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and customers to gather, validate, and coordinate tasks
• Prepare and coordinate inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquiries
• Provide quality technical leadership and produce deliverables and other products with a high degree of accuracy

Physical Requirements

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occassionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
