Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution of end-user issues.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets and support mobile phone and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers.
  • Provide high-touch VIP support and manage audio-visual, conferencing, and related technologies.
  • Support Office 365 and other SaaS applications.
  • Install and troubleshoot coverage / compliance software.
  • Apply knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and related networking protocols.
  • Maintain IT inventory, coordinate vendor support, and assist with procurement.
  • Strictly adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities as required.
  • Document incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and for the knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • L1 level network troubleshooting and resolution for LAN connectivity.
  • Hands-and-feet support to backend team for network, server, application issues.
  • Experience working with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience labeling racks and devices, server mounting / movement, and hands-and-feet support for DC (compute, storage, backup, network).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good to Have Skills

  • L1 network troubleshooting and LAN connectivity.

  • Vendor support contact experience.
  • Labeling racks and devices, server mounting and movement.
  • Hands-and-feet support for DC (compute, storage, backup, network) including device reboot, console connection, and cable management.
  • Safety Requirements

    Engineers are expected to bring their own protective eyewear and composite-toed shoes. All remaining safety gear will be provided onsite.
