Key Responsibilities :
- Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance
- Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience tailored to each client's needs
- Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand alignment
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
