BASIC FUNCTION :

Responsible for providing clinical leadership, program implementation, and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, intergrated behavioral health services.

II. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Function as the director of BH integrated care services within the integrated primary care and behavioral health team, supervise BH Integrated Site Manager .
• Clinical Leadership and Team Management :

Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and leadership to a team of clinicians delivering integrated behavioral health care.

Develop and oversee integrated behavioral health programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care.

Conduct individual therapy sessions, care management .

Collaborate with fellow leadership members on strategic initiatives to advance integrated behavioral health care that are part of a patient’s health care.

Establish and maintain a patient registry to monitor clinical outcomes as well as key processes of care.

III. QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Master’s Degree in Social Work required.

2. Active MO state license (LCSW) required.

3. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a leadership role within the field of social work, or

behavioral health care required.

4. Work experience or strong desire to work in urban community health setting preferred.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
