Patient Care : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Address and resolve patient and family concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Education and Training : Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Iowa license. Minimum 5 years of long term care nursing experience, preferably with leadership or management experience. Understanding of regulatory requirements and healthcare best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health record systems. Will be required to rotate call every fourth weekend.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and coordinate clinical operations.
Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and assess the quality of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort.
Provide educational opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
