Concrete Superintendent

Lead and manage an internal crew, plus subs when needed. Interpret blueprints and ensure technical accuracy on every project. Oversee concrete, grading, slopes, and site-related scopes with speed and precision. Light travel throughout Central Florida. Be the point person on-site, keeping jobs moving safely and efficiently.

The company specializes in sidewalks, parking lots, ADA compliance, pavilions, dumpster enclosures, grading, and structural concrete scopes.

What We're Looking For :

• Strong concrete background (blueprint reading required)
• Supervisory experience running crews in the field
• Bilingual a plus
• Independent, problem-solving mindset
