Endocrinology Physician
Location : Davenport, Florida
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Employment Type : Full-Time
Reports To : Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Position Summary :
We are seeking a mission-driven, Board-Certified Endocrinologist Physician to provide outpatient comprehensive adult endocrine and primary care services in Davenport, Florida. The role involves managing preventive, acute, and chronic endocrine conditions, delivering consultative services to internal medical staff and external specialists, and ensuring smooth continuity of care post-hospitalization through collaboration with local hospitalists.
The ideal candidate is passionate about quality patient outcomes and thrives in a collaborative, community health-focused environment. This role is eligible for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) and includes relocation assistance, generous CME support, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation : Up to $250,000 Per Year based on experience
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible

Minimum Qualifications :
MD or DO from an accredited institutionResidency-trained and Board Certified in Endocrinology (Internal Medicine certification preferred)Clear and active Florida medical license , or eligibility to obtainDEA certificate and BLS certificationEligible for malpractice coverage and hospital staff privileges if designatedComputer proficiency and EHR literacyKey Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology services including : Diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorder care, preventive screenings and chronic disease management and hormonal therapies and osteoporosis treatmentRefer and collaborate with hospitalists when inpatient care is requiredReview labs, imaging, and test results, ensuring timely follow-upDocument all care accurately and thoroughly in the EHR systemProvide accurate coding for services delivered to ensure proper billingFacilitate social and specialty referrals in coordination with clinical support staffMentor and advise APRNs and precept medical students as neededAttend and actively participate in medical staff meetings, training, and peer reviewsParticipate in community outreach and off-site care initiatives as assignedSupport the development of clinical protocols and patient education materialsCollaborate in staff recruitment and clinical equipment recommendationsWhy Join Us?
