About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate I to join our dynamic Supply Chain Management Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily logistics, office management, and cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Inventory Management : Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure seamless material flow. Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy. Handle microbial-based products in compliance with biological packaging and handling standards.
• Sales Order Support : Utilize SAP ByDesign (ERP) to process sales orders, support sales team activities, and ensure the integrity of all system data.
• Office & Facility Management : Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate routine orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including the proper handling and storage of chemicals. Support facility management tasks as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Provide essential operational support across the organization, including assisting HR with new employee onboarding, supporting IT with technical setup, and aiding in company event planning. Embody a "can-do" attitude crucial to our startup culture.
• Additional Duties : Flexibly support evolving business needs by taking on other assigned tasks.
