• Start date : June 4 th , 2018
• Duration : Ongoing until perm hire is found (option for locums to perm)
• Shift : 8a-5p, Monday Friday
• NO WEEKENDS, NO CALL
• Patient volume : 10-14 per day
• Patient mix : 60% adult, 40% geriatric
• EMR : EPIC w / Dragon
• 3 physicians in practice
• Office staff : 3 schedulers, 4 MAs, 1 RN
• 2 exam rooms per provider

Requirements : Board Certified or Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency, CO license (will accept providers willing to obtain a license by June), DEA, BLS
