Overview The Digital Service & Customer Experience (DSCX) team creates end-to-end digital customer experiences across Spectrum’s Web, App, Chatbot, and digital communications platforms. This role will join the Billing Experience team, which designs and enhances digital solutions related to billing statements, auto pay, collections, and payments. The team is highly collaborative, focused on innovation, and driven to deliver best-in-class customer experiences by studying competitors and reimagining the customer journey.
Location : Stamford, CT
Contract type : 6 month Contract to hire
Pay : $55-$60 hourly (depending on years of experience)
Responsibilities Create customer journey maps and visualizations in Figma to articulate end-to-end experiences (50%)
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and capture the holistic customer journey (25%)
Define and design new customer experiences by identifying pain points and developing innovative solutions (25%)
Partner with developers, analysts, and other designers to bring concepts to life through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing
Continuously iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and customer insights to optimize the overall experience
Requirements 5–7 years of UX design experience in digital environments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping)
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showcasing customer journey mapping and user-centered design work
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus : Familiarity with Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, or related tools
