Operations Support Specialist
Reports to : General Manager
Pay Band : $20–$28 / hr (depending on experience)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts within operating hours
Location : Grass Valley office, with occasional local errands (mileage reimbursed)
Overview
The Operations Support Specialist is a cross-departmental role that supports both Project Management and Service at California Solar Electric Cooperative. This position keeps our operations flowing smoothly by managing permit and PG&E application submittals, coordinating scheduling for service and RSI site assessments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoys helping people, both internally and externally.
This is an entry-level position with room to grow. Over time, the right candidate may expand into a full-time Service or Operations role as they develop troubleshooting and system monitoring experience.
