Empire Technological Group Limited DBA Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to our team!

Location : Las Vegas

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products, support, and testing in the New Product Introduction / Stage Gate process.
  • Identify and solve engineering problems, ensuring safety and effectiveness of processes, systems, or products.
  • Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development engineers and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support to engineers and customers.
  • Drive New Product Introduction for procurement and manufacturing.
  • Research and test design ideas, utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams for insights and direction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with SolidWorks, including surfaces, sheet metal, and injection molding.
  • Creating BOMs and detailed drawings.
  • Understanding of ECN process flow.
  • Basic electro-mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Minimum five years of engineering experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Lean Sigma.
  • Hands-on prototype building experience.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and process studies.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
