Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As our new Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside our lead maintenance tech and report to the Facilities Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with routine maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery in the facility

Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

Perform general facility maintenance as needed

Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment

Work closely with the lead maintenance tech and other team members to prioritize daily tasks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing experience preferred)

Basic electrical knowledge or experience is a big plus

Ability to work well under direction and as part of a team

Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn

Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

• Flexibility to work on projects before or after hours if needed
