Insight Global is currently hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant to join a large client in the downtown Richmond area. This position will be a 3 month contract with the chance of extension based on workload. It will require working fully onsite Monday through Friday during standard work hours!
The responsibilities include clerical tasks such as responding to emails, answering phones, processing mail, data entry, and other routine administrative duties. Effective communication and customer service are essential, as the role involves providing information to internal and external customers. Record-keeping and maintaining the filing system are also part of the responsibilities. Qualifications for this position include proficiency in software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, knowledge of administrative procedures, attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent customer service skills.
