Field Delivery Location Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations at a Best Buy-led delivery facility. You'll lead Best Buy employees and services partners to enable a best-in-class customer and employee experience. You'll focus on safety, quality and productivity by proactively identifying coaching opportunities with the team to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.

What you'll do

• Establish a positive and engaging environment by building relationships with peers, colleagues and third-party partners
• Develop and maintain pertinent partnerships to drive business results and improve customer experience
• Maintain a broad scope of knowledge in facility operations through required training and leadership development
• Manage the daily labor plan, ensuring labor hours are distributed appropriately for the volume of the day
• Resolve customer, system and inventory related issues as needed while preparing employees to address future challenges on their own
• Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging
