If you’re a problem-solving, multitasking expert with excellent communication skills, you could be perfect for our dispatcher position. Our growing company is looking for the right candidate to be the main point of contact for customers. Strong interpersonal skills and patience are a must in this dynamic role. You are familiar with dispatch systems, data entry, answering multi- phone lines, and dealing with customers in person, helping them with their vehicles. The position we are looking for is a Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm, rotating weekends and holidays, guaranteeing 40 hours + 10 hours overtime a week. We are looking for someone to fill the dispatch position and become part of our family.

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
  • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
  • Create and change service calls when needed
  • Remove belongings from the vehicle.
  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Data Entry and answering emails

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
  • Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferred
  • Candidate required to have a high school diploma or GED
