Job Title : OB / GYN Physician – Full-Time

Location : Bellefontaine, OH

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule : 4-Day Work Week (3 Clinic Days + 1 Surgery / Clinic Day + 1 Admin Day)

Call : 1 : 4 Call Schedule (Must Be Within 30 Minutes of Hospital When On-Call)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated OB / GYN Physician to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare team in Bellefontaine, Ohio . The role offers a 4-day clinical work week , with a mix of clinic, surgical, and administrative time (including remote work options), and a manageable 1 : 4 call rotation . The practice averages approximately one delivery per day , allowing for focused, quality care in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do :

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB / GYN care
• Perform a variety of gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures
• Attend deliveries (~1 per day; ~360 per year)
• Participate in 1 : 4 shared call schedule (includes weekends)
• Use Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, nurses, and specialists
• Rotate between local clinic sites (minimal travel)
• Complete 1 administrative day per week (can be done remotely)
