What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location and promptly report observations according to site procedures.Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by providing directions, information, and support as needed.Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.Collaborate with site management and local authorities as directed during emergency or security-related incidents.What We're Looking For :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.A valid drivers license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Why Join Us :
