Contract Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to support the development and execution of its renewables procurement platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Support incorporation of standard terms in battery and solar PV supply, service, and EPC contracts

Collaborate with internal and external councils on contracts and maintain dashboards for deal progression

Assist in creating summaries of key contractual terms for executive review and support project alignment

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in construction / project management, contract management, or related field

Minimum of two years of experience in utility-scale renewables contracting

Exceptional organizational skills to manage the contract lifecycle efficiently

Familiarity with renewables, procurement, and construction

Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
