A company is looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Generalist to manage payroll and benefits administration while supporting employee inquiries and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HRIS and ensure data integrity, including employee life cycle changes and reporting
Manage benefits administration, including billing, integrations, and open enrollment processes
Administer payroll processing and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HR operations experience, particularly in payroll and benefits management
Experience with Rippling HRIS strongly preferred
Fluency in payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment law
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage HR processes and workflows efficiently
