Job Description
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in our dynamic sports-focused environment. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires full availability to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products.
- Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to track and manage customer interactions and sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications :
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.Full availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.Benefits :
